Deposits
A deposit holds a slot. If work has not started and the slot can still be filled, a refund is likely. Once work has started, the deposit is applied to hours already spent unless a different arrangement is written down.
How to ask
Write through the Contact page or Telegram @axop_q using the email on the receipt. Include the service name and payment reference. Never send card or bank numbers.
What we look at
- Duplicate or incorrect charges are investigated first.
- A job that cannot be started because of a studio error may qualify for a remedy.
- Delivered files, source, or a live site are not automatically refunded.
- Abuse of checkout or a brief that violates the terms may make a payment ineligible.
Processing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing is controlled by the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
